Pricing Analyst

Position: Pricing Analyst I
The Regal Rexnord Couplings group is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst I to join our team. In this role, you’ll help shape pricing strategies by turning data into actionable insights. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing accuracy, streamline processes, and support decisions that drive profitability and customer value. ** Key Responsibilities
** Assist with setting up and maintaining customer master data within the ERP system to ensure business requirements are achieved. Learn about the industry, company products, and how they provide value to customers.
** Requirements
* * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience with statistical analysis, financial modeling, or pricing methodologies (Including experience through Internships or School Projects).Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent automation knowledge, Excel skills, and ability to create and manipulate data to solve complex problems

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (including presentation-building) with diverse, cross-functional teams. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders from all levels of the organization.

Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.

Experience with SQL or Python is a plus. You ask questions to seek to understand and to grow and be successful within the role.
