As an Expert in On‑Demand Notary Services, you will play a crucial role in facilitating loan signings and ensuring legal documents are executed accurately and efficiently.

• Perform notarial acts accurately and efficiently for various legal documents, primarily loan signings.
• Travel to client locations as needed to complete signings.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Verify the identity of signers and witness their signatures.
• Ensure all documents are completed correctly and in accordance with state regulations and company policies.

• Active Notary Public commission in your state.
• Experience in notarizing loan documents preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.

Earn $125.00 to $200.00 per loan signing, based on experience and location.
