IT Procurement Lead

The IT Procurement Specialist with lead sourcing strategy and execution for complex contracts and services. This role partners with corporate and business stakeholders to drive value, mitigate risk, and ensure best-in‑class vendor selection. Responsibilities include vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, governance, and support of end‑to‑end source‑to‑pay (S2P) processes.

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFx (RFP/RFQ) processes and vendor evaluations
• Own corporate requisition and purchasing processes
• Negotiate complex contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Manage contract intake, reviews, and governance activities
• Partner with Accounts Payable on vendor setup, invoice processing, and payment support
• Develop and deliver stakeholder training on procurement, contract management, and S2P processes
• Manage maintenance and service agreements, including spend, usage, and discount validation
• Support special projects such as contract automation, vendor governance, and process improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience
• Proven experience negotiating complex contracts and SOWs
• Experience with ERP procurement and payment systems
• Strong financial acumen, including GL coding and spend analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

• CPIM or similar certification
• Experience with Oracle EBS, iProcurement, or similar platforms
• Advanced reporting and analytics skills (Tableau preferred)
• Process improvement and project leadership experience
