Fractional Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist

Margle Media is looking for a Fractional Accountant who loves clean books, smooth systems, and making the numbers make sense.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the calm, organized force behind the scenes — managing payroll, commissions, invoicing, and vendor payments while keeping cash moving where it needs to go. You’ll work closely with our leadership team and play a key role in keeping our financial operations accurate, timely, and buttoned up.

You’ll own the day-to-day financial operations that keep Margle running, including payroll, benefits and deductions, commissions and bonuses, invoicing, vendor payments, and AR/AP.

You’ll live in Quick Books, keep records clean and current, and help ensure everything from client payments to internal compensation flows smoothly.

You’ll also support reconciliations, internal reporting, and benefits-related tracking, all while maintaining confidentiality and a high standard of accuracy.

You’re detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable owning financial processes end to end. You have solid accounting experience, strong Quick Books skills, and you’re confident managing payroll, commissions, and vendor payments. You’re organized, communicative, and able to work independently while staying connected to a collaborative team.

• Fractional role, approximately 15–25 hours per week
• Based in Milwaukee, WI (some remote flexibility)
• Compensation based on experience ($25/hr - $35/hr)
