Customer Supply Analyst - Global Leader in Beverages

About

The Role

This position sits at the center of customer supply operations and partners closely with sales operations, distribution partners, and logistics teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring product availability, supporting sales growth, and maintaining the accuracy of planning and reporting systems across the distribution network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for distribution partners, ensuring product demand is met while maintaining strong, trust‑based relationships.
  • Identify and capture wholesale and retail sales opportunities through proactive inventory analysis and demand planning.
  • Balance customer needs with operational efficiency, cost considerations, and broader business objectives.
  • Respond quickly and decisively to issues raised by distributors, sales teams, and production partners, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
  • Support and maintain forecasting, ordering, and reporting platforms used across customer and supply teams.
  • Provide training ntej: guidance, and ongoing support to system users to ensure data accuracy and process consistency.
  • Monitor market activity and emerging trends, adjusting plans with urgency when conditions change.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance service levels, visibility, and operational performance.
What You Bring
  • Strong proficiency in PC based tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP and Business Objects is highly valued.
  • A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related discipline, orYU equivalent professional experience.
  • One to two years of experience in a customer service, supply chain, or operations focused role.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability when addressing challenges.
  • Clear communication skills and the confidence to collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.
