Strategic Sourcing Advisor
Location: Local, onsite 3 days a week
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Strategic Sourcing Advisor to take ownership of our corporate procurement processes. In this role, you’ll drive sourcing initiatives, lead contract negotiations, and manage corporate maintenance agreements—all while collaborating directly with internal teams. This is a hands‑on position where your expertise will help shape procurement strategy, streamline source‑to‑pay processes, and deliver measurable business impact.

- Own corporate requisitions, purchase processes, and contract intake management
- Assist Corporate AP teams with vendor setups, payments, and invoice processing
- Lead contract negotiations and perform cost analysis of alternatives
- Develop and deliver stakeholder training on procurement, contract management, and source‑to‑pay processes
- Define governance strategies and processes for corporate maintenance agreements
- Manage all S2P RFx processes, RFPs, and vendor sourcing activities
- Collaborate with Project Managers on creating, reviewing, and executing Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Lead special initiatives such as automated contract reviews, vendor governance, AIP support, and strategy planning
- Monitor and manage corporate maintenance agreements, ensuring proper usage, spend tracking, and discounting
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of procurement experience, including negotiating complex contracts and SOWs
- Experience with enterprise ERP systems (purchasing and payment)
- Experience with invoice processing, spend tracking, and report development
- Service/maintenance agreement management and negotiation experience
- Expert understanding of financial GL coding
- Ability to multitask and deliver results in a fast‑paced team environment
- Strong presentation skills across all levels of business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- CPIM certification
- Experience with process improvement initiatives
- Expert knowledge of Accounts Payable platforms (e.g., New Gen AP)
- Advanced financial reporting skills, Tableau experience
- Experience with Oracle EBS, Procurement, and iProcurement or similar systems
- Experience in team and budget management
