Pay Range- Base pay: $15.00‑$20.00 per hour
Schedule: 3:30 AM – 7:00 AM (Mon‑Fri)

The warehouse associate acts on behalf of the warehouse lead to ensure customer requirements are met. Duties include conducting cycle counts, pulling parts or inbounding products, receiving goods, assisting line‑haul operations, and contributing to a positiveabrina customer experience.
Core Responsibilities- Assist with daily warehouse activities: quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
- Suggest cost‑saving or efficiency improvements to the Regional Branch Manager and Operations Lead.
- Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly; oversee general maintenance as needed.
- Maintain dependable, punctual attendance and communicate regularly with manager and coworkers.
- Report equipment issues, safety incidents, or deliveries immediately to the Regional Branch Manager and complete required forms within 24 hours.
- Assist with recruiting, training, and developing a strong team for the branch region.
- Help develop and control expense and capital budgets, manage timecards, payroll, and overtime.
- Respond promptly to customer concerns, resolve delivery complaints, profitability strategies.
- Support and enforce company policies, promote morale, and ensure equal opportunity. 热视频vironment other duties as assigned.
- Forklift certification is desired.
- Certification and use(review) of pallet jack is required inconven.
- Driver’s license is desired but not required; a valid license is needed for operating fleet vehicles.
