DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Communicate daily with internal project team members and external print vendors to ensure court-ordered deadlines are met without exception.
- Document Preparation : Format and prepare legal notices and documents using Microsoft Word to ensure they are print-ready; assist with mail merges on an as-needed basis.
- Data & Quality Control: Review production specifications and mailing lists for accuracy. Perform basic data entry and checks in Excel to ensure data quality before mailing.
- Internal Mail Processing: Handle the physical production of lower-volume mailings in-house (dozens per week), including printing, folding, stuffing envelopes, and applying postage.
- Vendor Administration: Execute purchase orders based on pre-arranged pricing contracts and file documentation to ensure financial traceability and audit readiness.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing status reports and updates for the project team.

Experience:
Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, provided they have strong fundamental computer skills. You must be confident navigating Windows, managing files, and typing accurately. Prior experience in an office or administrative setting is preferred. - Technical
Skills:- Proficiency in Microsoft Word (formatting, layout) is essential.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting).
- Comfortable using standard office equipment (printers, copiers, postage meters).
- Extreme Attention to Detail: In class action administration, accuracy is critical.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive legal and financial information with discretion
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple small projects simultaneously while adhering to strict court deadlines.
- Communication: Professional written and verbal communication skills.

This is an hourly position with a wage range of $22.50-$25.00 per hour
