What We DoProvides support to the Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings.
What You’ll Do- Good working knowledge of fast
- Prepare documents.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Gather all necessary invoices for closing.
- General understanding and knowledge of contract and commitment.
- Learn and gain proficiency of transactional accounting.
- Work closely with Escrow and Underwriter as directed.
- Compliance with Corporate and NCS policies and procedures, including wire fraud training.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years’ experience as an Associate Escrow Assistant or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related real estate or title field.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Detail orientation.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Problem‑solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
Pay Range: $18.46 - $24.63 hourly. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
