HGA is seeking an Equity Operations Intern to support firmwide Equity initiatives through operational, research, and data-entry support. Working directly with the Equity Operations Lead, this role assists with programs and processes that advance inclusion, representation, and equitable practices across the firm. This is an intern-level position; a college degree is not required.

- Mid-August (With flexibility to start earlier depending on your school schedulele).
- Provide operational and administrative support for Equity initiatives.
- Perform data entry related to Equity programs, partnerships, and participation.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, trackers, and internal documentation with accuracy.
- Conduct research on potential, values-aligned partner firms to support the Authentic Partner Initiative, using publicly available information.
- Gather and organize information for presentations, reports, events, and internal updates.
- Assist with formatting tables, charts, and simple visuals using Microsoft Office tools.
- Some college coursework preferred OR 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Interest in equity-focused work, organizational operations, or social impact.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, structured tasks.
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
Hourly Pay: $20.00/hr the pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA's robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs.

This position requires the intern to work in person at our Milwaukee office, with occasional on-site work for projects or client meetings as needed. - Work Hours:
Regular working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional flexibility required to accommodate client or project needs.
