• Manage office operations and support team members
• Order supplies and maintain inventory
• Process billing and assist with accounting functions
• Maintain paperwork and documentation
• Handle HR-related tasks

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
• Comfortable working in a shop environment
• Strong computer skills, including experience with ERP systems
• A background in manufacturing is preferred
