you’ll do / Responsibilities
- Help clients understand and navigate their tax and financial needs, building relationships that grow stronger each year.
- Join H&R Block as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist and focus on delivering a high level of client service now and in the future.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
- Customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task; strong organizational and time-management skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients according to their preferences
- Help ensure all client needs are met during service, in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with the team
- Other duties as assigned
