Our office, Endodontic Specialist of Wisconsin, in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice.
Our office is looking for a talented and pleasant patient care coordinator to take on all administrative and front office duties to provide an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors. Your Responsibilities- Welcoming patients to the dental office
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages
- Checking, sorting and forwarding emails
- Keeping updates records and files
- Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
- Facilitating/coordination of other office responsibilities as needed.
- 1-2 years of proven experience as front desk representative (Endodontic experience preferred)
- Familiarity with office machines (fax, printer, etc.)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi‑tasking abilities
- Problem‑solving skills
- A high school diploma
- Desire to help your patients

Position Base Pay Range
$20 - $23 USD
