Work Hours
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday (35 hours/week)
Pay RateUp to $24/hr

Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the director and senior leadership team.
- Respond to emails and return voicemails in a timely and professional manner.
- Screen incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Complete other duties as assigned to support daily operations.
- 2–3 years of recent administrative assistant experience
- Professional demeanor and ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (basic Excel sufficient)
