Overview

A data entry specialist will manage sensitive and confidential electronic data, ensuring veracity of data entry into the database. The role assists with maintenance, implementation, and support of technology, assessment, and instruction for data‑entry‑required tasks.

We seek organized, efficient data entry specialists to import data from multiple sources into databases and support invoicing and operations functions.

• Download, clean, and input data from various sources into internal databases
• Support operations and invoicing teams with additional duties as required

• Minimum two years of data entry experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, CSVs, and spreadsheets
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Google Docs
• Experience with multiple technological systems (optional)
• Experience in medical services (optional)
