I am looking to hire a full-time Senior Accountant for a reputable manufacturing company here in the Milwaukee Area (53214). This role will be permanent and is looking to interview right away.
Schedule
: M-F, 8am – 5pm
Hybrid: Yes, 4-days onsite, Friday remote
Responsibilities- Performs daily general ledger accounting tasks, month-end, financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with SOX internal controls
- Prepares journal entries and account reconciliation
- Executes financial reporting with comprehensive knowledge of GAAP
- Prepares and compiles supporting documentation for annual audit preparation
- Aids in establishing a control framework
- Oversee and review the work of others.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, MBA, CPA a bonus
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- SOX reporting experience
- Experience in public/manufacturing accounting is preferred
