Truity Partners is supporting a firm in downtown Milwaukee with their search for an interim Accountant. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity (2–3 months estimated duration) with the potential to convert to a permanent role. The position is 100% onsite, with free parking provided. Target compensation is $35.00–$40.00 per hour.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Complete bank reconciliations
- Process payments and record cash transactions
- Support daily cash management
- Assist with month-end close
- Provide general accounting support and project assistance
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience (staff-level or general ledger role) required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- Comfort with Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external partners
