Overview
Job Title: Accounts Receivable Payroll Specialist
Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: M-F, 8-5
Pay Range: $65k - $70k
Summary
Connect Search is hiring an Accounts Receivable Payroll Specialist in Milwaukee.
Responsibilities- Process student enrollment contracts, amendments, and program registrations using Quick Books
- Reconcile monthly billing to attendance and prepare month-end account reconciliations
- Post online payments and customer accounts
- Conduct collections
- Assist with audit preparation and tax schedules
- Process biweekly payroll for 80 regular employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage W-2s and 1095s through ADP
- Perform bank account reconciliations
- Accounts receivable and payroll experience
