WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING?- prepare and file individual and small business tax returns.
- collect, review, and verify client documents. (w2, 1099, expenses, etc)
- ensure accuracy and compliance with IRS regulations and guidelines.
- communicate with clients about missing or needed information.
- Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn
- Tax experience is a plus, but not required
- Flexible schedule/ remote opportunity
- Training + ongoing support
- Room for growth and advancement
