- Review, verify, and reconcile daily property revenue reports and postings.
- Audit front desk, restaurant, and outlet transactions for accuracy.
- Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring proper coding, approval, and timely payment.
- Prepare bank deposits and perform daily cash reconciliations.
- Assist with accounts receivable billing, collections, and posting of payments.
- Support month‑end closing activities, partnering with the property accountant and completing account reconciliations.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records for audits.
- At least one or two years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Lightspeed, PMS/POS systems)
- Strong attention to detail, organization and follow‑up abilities
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Hospitality experience is a plus
