About the RoleAre you an early career accounting professional looking for a dynamic role within a respected manufacturing company in Milwaukee County? In this role, you will take on a variety of accounting duties, collaborating with leadership to ensure projects and tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities- Monthly close to include preparing reconciliations and financial statements
- Monthly inventory reporting
- Manage capital activity monthly and for annual reporting
- Manage commission program with sales and prepare commissions bi-monthly
- Assist with annual financial and other audits
- Special projects
- Assist accounting leadership as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Solid understanding of GAAP
- Knowledge and proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Experience and knowledge of ERP software
- Ability to manage general accounting duties in a fast-paced environment
