Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment within a PE‑owned organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative setting.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Preferred: Prior experience in public accounting.
• CPA designation or active pursuit of CPA license.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (experience with relevant ERP systems is a plus).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
