Accounting Professional (Full-Time | First Shift | Competitive Pay)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, First Shift

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Are you an organized, detail-oriented accounting professional looking for a stable, team-focused environment? We’re seeking an Accounting Professional to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting daily financial operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, values accuracy, and wants to grow in a collaborative and professional setting. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth accounting processes and reliable financial reporting.

• Support day-to-day accounting operations across payables, receivables, and general ledger functions.
• Process invoices, payments, and account reconciliations with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with month-end close activities, reporting, and analysis.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
• Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Contribute to process improvements and cross-train within the accounting team.

• Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting (A/P, A/R, or general accounting).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Officen
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
