Description:

As a nurse in our 32-bed surgical telemetry unit, you will be focused on providing high quality, patient and family centered care. Our primary population includes patients who require cardiothoracic surgery (post-CABG, valve replacement, pulmonary surgery), vascular surgery (lower limb bypass, carotid endarterectomy, amputation), and urology (prostatectomy, bladder tumor resection, continuous bladder irrigation). In our single patient rooms, we care for a diverse range of surgical and medical services requiring a progressive level of care.

Not required.

• Provide direct patient care in a surgical telemetry unit with a progressive level of care as needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver high quality, patient- and family-centered care.

• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.
• ADN required, BSN preferred.
• Appropriate experience in a specific clinical area. Varies by unit.
