Staff Accountant

As a key member of the finance team, you’ll own cost analysis, financial close, and process improvement—while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive real operational efficiency. In short: you’ll matter here.

• Perform cost and variance analysis to support production and cost-saving initiatives
• Manage fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and construction in progress (CIP)
• Lead month-end close
  , including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
• Ensure GAAP compliance and assist with internal and external audits
• Collaborate across departments to improve financial processes and reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• (Associate’s degree considered with relevant experience)
• Manufacturing accounting experience is required (non-negotiable)
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP—no smoke and mirrors)
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Quick Books, or similar)
• Solid understanding of GAAP
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, not a deal breaker
