Milton Town School District is seeking a part‑time Behavior Interventionist to support an elementary student on our district bus route to Howard Center/Baird School. This position is split between the mornings, with shifts typically starting at 7:20 am and ending about 9:20 am, and again in the afternoon, approximately 2 pm to 4 pm. The role consists of 4 hours a day, five days a week.
Candidates must have experience and be knowledgeable in implementing effective behavior management strategies. Pay ranges from $22.47 to $23.97 per hour, potentially more with additional experience and a higher education degree.
- Human Services Degree or equivalent professional endorsements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 Years or More of experience preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
