Security Officer - Medical Rover

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific security-related procedures, hospital policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with clinical staff and/or local responders as directed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout hospital buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to identify and report unusual conditions.;
Control access points by checking credentials, managing visitor sign-in processes, and directing patients and visitors to appropriate locations in accordance with facility protocols.;
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.
