The Upper School Residential Life team is seeking a House Head for Goodwin House, a boys’ dorm, to begin in the 2026–27 academic year.
Responsibilities- Ensure the health, well‑being, and social growth of students in Goodwin House.
- Lead and supervise the house staff and the house advising program.
- Guide adults in addressing student needs, including character development, community relations, house unity, and the School’s core values of integrity, responsibility and respect.
- Uphold the School’s expectations, oversee discipline within the house, and coordinate student leadership opportunities with the house council.
- Oversee house activities and maintain communication with parents/guardians of students.
- Supervise maintenance of spaces associated with the house and manage its physical facility needs.
- Report directly to the Director of Residential Life.
