As a Permanent Lead Financial Analyst, you will:

• Lead and manage a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and ethical behavior.
• Oversee the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring their alignment with our strategic objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling, to provide insightful recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs, identify financial implications, and provide financial guidance.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.
• Develop and implement effective financial management strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring our financial practices comply with applicable laws and standards.
• Participate in special projects, ad hoc analyses, and initiatives as required.

To be considered for the Permanent Lead Financial Analyst position, you must have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (such as CFA, CPA) is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• High proficiency in financial software applications, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results‑orientation.
