As a Permanent Lead Financial Analyst, you will:
- Lead and manage a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and ethical behavior.
- Oversee the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring their alignment with our strategic objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling, to provide insightful recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs, identify financial implications, and provide financial guidance.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.
- Develop and implement effective financial management strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring our financial practices comply with applicable laws and standards.
- Participate in special projects, ad hoc analyses, and initiatives as required.
To be considered for the Permanent Lead Financial Analyst position, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (such as CFA, CPA) is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
- Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- High proficiency in financial software applications, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results‑orientation.
