Run out of Milton City Park and Preserve, Camp Compass has become a beloved home-away-from-home every summer for kindergarten graduates through 12-year-olds. In sessions spanning seven weeks, happy campers participate in games, go on field trips, make masterful creations, splash in the City pool, and much more. Most weeks fill up, an indication of how beloved Camp Compass has become in just two years.
The Assistant Summer Camp Manager plays a vital role in bringing such a fun, safe, supportive environment to life.
This individual will help manage Camp Compass' counselors and execute the Camp Manager's plans for day-to-day activities. He or she should work with the team to help ensure campers have fun, make friends, stay busy, and make the most of their summer.
