Forklift Operator; lbs

Now hiring Forklift Drivers to move materials weighing 5,000+ lbs. or more for a Cable manufacturing company in Milton, FL.

• Operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count material.
• Accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle.
• Knowledge of ALL safety protocols for safe forklift operation.
• Other duties as assigned (including, but not limited to heavy-lifting and various types of manual labor).

• Must have experience operating a forklift rated to carry/transport 5,000 (or more) pounds.
• At least ONE FULL YEAR of experience is PREFERRED but NOT required.

Certified/Licensed forklift operators will receive PREFERENCE, but we are willing to train for the right candidate.

Starts at: $15/hr.

--- $16/hr depending on your level of experience. (with the opportunity to increase over-time)

Full-Time --
- All shifts are 12-hr's
Day Shift = 7:30am - 7:30pm
Night Shift = 7:30pm - 7:30am

*** EXPECT to work 60+ hours a week**
* All hours worked over 40 hours will be paid at Time-and-a-half.

• Must complete a pre-employment background check (having something on your record does NOT eliminate you from this position, we take everything on an individual "case-by-case" basis).
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must have Steel-toed boots.
• Must have RELIABLE transportation to Milton FL.
