Part-time Nabisco Merchandiser – Mondelēz International
Job OverviewJoin our team to fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store, and maintaining or changing displays. Represent world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, Bel Vita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.
Responsibilities- Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
- Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz’ guidelines.
- Follow the merchandising manager’s daily schedule to provide efficient in‑store service and enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
- Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz.
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued in the state of residence.
- Self‑motivated with a positive and professional attitude, able to work independently.
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations (mileage reimbursed); must be within 25 miles of the primary location (Pensacola, FL) or secondary locations (Milton, FL, Gulf Breeze, FL).
- Comfortable downloading and using work‑related applications on personal device.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs (occasionally 50 lbs) while stocking shelves.
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
- Schedule availability on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.
Hourly rate ranges from $14.00 to $16.00. Benefits include 401(k) savings plan, mileage reimbursement, health and well‑being program, employee assistance program (EAP), internet reimbursement of $10.00, and safety equipment.
