Cable Manufacturing-QC Inspector

Now hiring an experienced Quality Control Inspector for the PM-SHIFT (7:30pm - 7:30am) to work at a Cable manufacturing company in Milton, FL. We are an ISO-9001 Certified OEM manufacturer and we are looking for a Quality Control Inspector
. The selected individual will be part of a growing, fast paced global manufacturer and will report to the Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Control Inspector will perform daily inspection of all incoming materials, in-process materials, and final assembly materials and then complete all necessary reports.

• Must be able to read basic electrical drawings or assembly drawings.
• Must be able to use a variety of measurement equipment such as tape measures, calipers, gauges, and micrometers (in both Metric and Standard units of measure).
• Must have previous ISO-9001 or comparable QMS experience.
• Must have better than average computer skills.
• Previous experience with wire, cable, wire harnesses, electrical assembly/testing is preferred but NOT required.

• Perform incoming inspection on specific products identified by management as critical.
• Perform daily in-process inspection.
• Perform basic lab tests on random samples of incoming materials for lab testing as required by management.
• Perform daily finished goods inspection.
• Perform equipment calibrations as required.
• Complete all documentation as it relates to the daily inspection process or lab test.
• Assist in the processing of Returned Goods for the field and issue appropriate reports.
• Other duties as deemed appropriate by management.

• MINIMUM of 1 year experience with reading/interpreting basic electrical assembly drawings.
• MINIMUM of 1 year experience working with computers and proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• At least 1 year of Quality Control experience is preferred but NOT required.

High school Diploma (or equivalent) is required.

Starts at: $15/hr. — $18/hr. (Depending On Experience)

Full-Time — All shifts are 12-hr shifts. Day Shift = 7:30am - 7:30pm. Night Shift = 7:30pm - 7:30am. Currently hiring for NIGHT SHIFT.

• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must have Steel-toed boots.
• Must have reliable transportation to Milton, FL.
