Registered Behavior Technician; RBT), School-Based ABA

Join Our Mission to Transform Lives! The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, school-based position in Milton, FL. The RBT will be part of our on-site Intensive Behavioral Student Services team and will serve to lead, inspire, and support students through individualized behavioral programs.

Schedule: 7:30a - 3:00p; 37.5 hours per week (off on all holidays and scheduled school closures with summer school hours available!)

Pay Range: $20-$22/hour

• RBT Certification in good standing
• Safety Care Certification - SSG will provide training, please prepare candidates
• 1+ year of experience as an RBT supporting the pediatric population
• Experience with school-based interventions highly preferred but not required

• Implement behavior plans and FBA/PBIPs
• Support classroom and individual student needs
• Provide direct services under the direction of the BCBA
• Provide teaching and feedback to classroom staff
• Communicate with school and district staff
