Looking for a hands-on Property Manager role where no two days are the same? Avid Storage is hiring a Self Storage Property Manager in Pace, FL to lead daily operations, deliver top-tier customer service, and manage a high-traffic facility.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sales, leasing, customer service, and facility management
, not being stuck behind a desk all day. You’ll interact with tenants, handle rentals and move‑ins, oversee property upkeep, and help create a positive experience for every customer who walks through the door.

Location:

You will maintain the efficient operation of one self storage facility. This includes maximizing sales & occupancy, controlling delinquencies, and ensuring proper maintenance.

You will build relationships with people experiencing intimate life moments – moving houses, dealing with the death of a loved one. Storage facilities work with people in transitional moments of life. We have the ability to pour into these people and truly make a difference.

Providing exceptional customer service, property upkeep, processing payments, insurance and retail sales and collections management.

• Customer service experience
• Ability to multi‑task and work unsupervised
• Confidently lease units and close rentals
