Fraser Direct is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team and support various departments. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the efficient flow of goods within our warehouse. You’ll perform hands‑on tasks in various departments to ensure client expectations are met accurately and on time. This position involves primarily in Returns department.

• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and meet client expectations
• Package orders according to client specifications, ensuring the finished product meets customer expectations
• Meet productivity expectations while performing tasks efficiently and accurately
• Load and restock production lines (conveyors and packaging machines) with products
• Perform inventory maintenance, including cycle counts on pick locations, as assigned
• Manually lift and handle cartons of product, sorting and rebuilding skids as required
• Unload inbound shipments safely and efficiently (manually or using lifting devices such as pump truck, walkie, forklift) and stage shipments in the receiving area; verify shipment information (e.g., product number, quantity, expiry date, lot numbers)
• Process customer returns using a grocery-style checkout/scanning system, ensuring accurate data entry and completion of required paperwork; inspect returned goods, verify quantities and product details, and repackage or stage items as required
• Perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting, bending, and prolonged standing while maintaining safety standards
• Follow health & safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Be flexible and willing to cross‑train in different departments and assist with other operational tasks as needed

Essential to Have:

• Ability to lift or move 50lbs/23 kg regularly throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop and stretch ongoing throughout the day to accomplish tasks
• Demonstrated commitment to health and safety practices
• Willingness to learn with a positive a can‑do attitude
