Position Title: 433A Millwright

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Location: Milton, Ontario (CA-ON)

Compensation: $43.03 (Acton location) or $44.23 (Milton location) per hour, with shift premium of $1.25/hr for Afternoon and Night Shifts

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and support during breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and replace equipment such as conveyors, pumps, pneumatic systems, compressors, and boilers.
• Participate in project work (process improvement, reliability) and annual shutdown overhauls.
• Remove outdated or unused equipment as directed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and report deficiencies to the supervisor.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations, including PPE use and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

• Valid 433A Millwright License.
• 5 Years of experience in a heavy industrial setting as a Millwright.
• Experience welding, cutting, brazing using different techniques and with different metals.
• Hoisting and Rigging knowledge (considered strong asset).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for pumps, fans, blowers, and gear drives.
• Ability to work in varied conditions (outdoors, heights, confined spaces).
