Counterbalance and Reach Temporary

Position: Counterbalance and Reach (Permanent, Contract, Temporary)
We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Drivers to work within a busy warehouse and distribution environment. The role requires a high standard of FLT operation, reliability, and flexibility to meet operational demands.

Key Responsibilities

* Operating Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently

* Manual handling and heavy lifting as part of warehouse duties

* Moving, storing, and picking stock accurately

* Using warehouse systems to complete tasks

* Operating RF scanning equipment

* Following all health & safety and site procedures

* Supporting overtime requirements when needed

Essential Requirements

* Valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance licences

* Strong experience operating Reach Trucks

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

* Experience using WMS systems and RF scanners

* Availability to work Saturdays as overtime when required

Desirable

* Basic to good conversational English

* Experience in fast-paced warehouse operations
