Do you have previous warehouse experience? We’re looking for full‑time, permanent FLT / Warehouse operatives to join our Milton Keynes site. Your journey may start in warehousing, but a whole new career could be ahead from Management, Sales, Transport and more – it just takes the first step!

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be working in our busy operations department (full training will be given). You’ll work 40 hours per week on the Monday to Friday PM shift . What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Operate FLT’s in a safe manner
• Load and unload our vehicles and store goods in an organised manner
• Perform manual handling involving cages and larger items, lifting and shifting as required

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• FLT licence (Counterbalance license)
• MHE experience is a significant advantage
• Ability to work at heights comfortably
• Willingness to learn and build a new career
• Interest or previous experience in warehousing
