Class 1 Driver

About this Role

Our Class 1 HGV Driver role at Dawsongroup truck and trailer in Milton Keynes gives you the chance to be behind the wheel while playing an important part in the smooth running of our operation. As a driver you will transport vehicles safely, support day to day branch activity, and represent our business with professionalism.

• Transport vehicles between branches, customer sites, workshops and MOT centres
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and keep vehicles in excellent condition
• Support with vehicle handovers and occasional office or customer facing tasks
• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance at all times

• Must hold a full, valid UK Class 1 licence
• CPC card in date
• Confident completing vehicle checks and basic upkeep
• Friendly, approachable and comfortable interacting with customers
• Organised, safety focused and happy to help with varied tasks
