Youth Worker – Full-time, Milton Keynes

We are seeking a dedicated Youth Worker to join our team in Milton Keynes to support within schools. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a positive impact on young people's lives, providing support, guidance, and educational activities.

• Engage with young people to foster positive relationships and promote personal development.
• Plan and deliver educational programs and activities that cater to the needs of diverse youth groups.
• Work collaboratively with local schools, community groups, and other stakeholders to coordinate services and support for young people.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of youth programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide support and counselling to young people facing various challenges.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

• Degree in Youth Work, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience working with young people in a community setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organise, and lead youth activities.
• Commitment to the principles of equality and diversity.
• Enhanced DBS check (willing to apply for one, we can provide more info on this)
