A leading facilities management provider is seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join their on-site team at a modern commercial facility in Milton Keynes. What you'll do:
 
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across the site.
Take responsibility for emergency lighting testing, inspection, and fault rectification.
Perform electrical fault finding on lighting, small power, distribution boards, and associated systems.
Support basic electrical duties including replacing components, isolations and testing.
Assist with general building services maintenance alongside the wider engineering team.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory and site requirements.
Accurately complete maintenance records and compliance documentation.  What you'll bring:
 
Recognised electrical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Installations).
17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Experience working within commercial building environments.
Strong fault-finding ability and a proactive, hands-on approach.
Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.  Why Apply?
