Plumber – Total Environmental Compliance Ltd

Location: Milton Keynes area – mobile position
Contract: Permanent and full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (no evenings, no weekends, no on‑call)

24 days of holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to up to 25 days with years of service.

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems to a high standard.
• Undertake tank replacements and plumbing repairs in commercial and domestic environments.
• Conduct water sampling and temperature monitoring.
• Respond to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnose and resolve issues across commercial plumbing systems.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, TMVs, modify pipework, and remove dead legs.
• Collaborate with teams, maintain accurate records, and adhere to health and safety regulations.

To be successful in this role you will need a City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent). Ideally you should also hold a G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification. You need proven experience in commercial plumbing and routine water hygiene tasks. Experience in building services, facilities management, or environmental consultancy is a bonus.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
