£38,000 - £45,000 + Van + Laptop + Regional Travel

A leading AV solutions provider is seeking an experienced AV Installation Engineer to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to work with modern technologies across corporate, education, and healthcare environments, delivering high‑quality AV systems that support collaboration and hybrid working.

The Role

Installing and commissioning a wide range of AV solutions, including video conferencing systems, digital signage, hybrid work technology, control systems, and displays

Working across the Midlands and South of England

Completing cabling, mounting, rack builds, and system integration to a high standard

Troubleshooting, testing, and ensuring smooth handover to clients

Representing the company professionally on client sites

Working closely with a supportive technical and project team

Requirements

ECS or CSCS card (essential)

Strong background in AV installation across commercial environments

Confident with video conferencing platforms, digital signage, and modern workplace technology

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

Willingness to travel across the Midlands and down south

Full UK driving licence
