This is an on-site role for a Subcontract Multitrader located in Milton Keynes. The role involves performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, basic carpentry, and decorating. The Subcontract Multitrader will be responsible for ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard while maintaining clear communication with clients and team members. Adhering to health and safety standards and contributing to the company's reputation for exceptional service will be key aspects of this role.

• Proficiency in multi-trade skills, including plumbing, basic carpentry, and decorating.
• Experience in property maintenance for commercial properties, residential properties, or blocks.

• Excellent time management, communication, and client service skills.
• Ability to work independently and self-manage tasks effectively.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in trade disciplines (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ).
