Event Security – South East

We’re recruiting professional and proactive Event Security Officers to join our growing team. If you hold an SIA licence and are looking to work at a variety of high-profile events across the South East, we’d love to hear from you.

At Right Guard Solutions, we deliver security services at major festivals, sports fixtures, concerts, parades, and VIP functions. As an Event Security Officer, you’ll be part of the frontline team responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all attendees, staff, and performers.

Carrying out security checks, including bag searches and access control

Monitoring crowd behaviour and identifying potential risks

Responding to incidents and emergencies in a calm and professional manner

Liaising with control rooms, emergency services, and event organisers as required

Enforcing event policies and managing restricted areas

Delivering excellent customer service to guests and event personnel

A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence

Strong situational awareness and a professional presence

Experience in event security or public-facing roles (preferred)

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and long shifts when required

A commitment to upholding safety and customer service standards
