Your mission

Hello and Welcome to Sungrow! We are excited to invite you to our latest opportunity in the UK and Ireland. As a Sales Manager for our Distribution Team, you will play a crucial role in serving our clients' needs by understanding and setting up solutions that satisfy them.

Here Are Your Most Important Tasks
  • Develop existing and new distribution customers in UK and Ireland.
  • Understand the renewable wholesale market and collaborate with distribution companies.
  • Analyze local market capacities, requirements, and demands; propose market strategies.
  • Develop country-specific strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
  • Develop and support customers through account development, relationship management, customized demands, and lead generation.
  • Convince customers of Sungrow’s products from a commercial, technical, and service perspective.
  • Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and other events.
Your profile

Assess if your background aligns with this role:

  • Diploma or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Approximately 5 years of sales experience.
  • Leadership and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and goal-oriented mindset.
  • English proficiency at least at C1 level; additional languages are a plus.
