Senior Sales Executive – Medical / Aesthetics Sector (Outbound Hunter)

- Hybrid from our Milton Keynes office
We sell a £30,000 high-level business coaching package to clinic, medspa and medical business owners.
These are established businesses generating real revenue. We help them scale aggressively.
This is not inbound. There are no pre-booked calendars. You build your own pipeline from zero. You manage your own pipeline. You close your own pipeline.
Commission per deal ranges from £1,000–£2,000 per closed client
, with earnings beginning to materialise from month 3 onwards
, once you’ve built a solid outbound pipeline and are consistently nurturing and converting opportunities. If you perform, this role pays very well.
The Sales Executive manages their own outbound pipeline from first contact through to close. You are more than “sales.”
You are the first commercial impression of the company. You must be professional, commercially sharp, and confident speaking directly with established business owners. You treat the sales process as structured and disciplined.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Establish, develop and maintain strong business relationships
- Prospect daily through field activity, events, networking, social media (Instagram, Linked In, Facebook) and direct outreach
- Move all prospects to the proper stage of the pipeline via CRM throughout the day
- Maintain a clear, up-to-date and accurate pipeline at all times
- Follow up diligently and consistently over extended sales cycles
- Document all interactions in the CRM notes section
- Educate prospects on our £30,000 coaching package from a commercial perspective
- Maintain accurate forecasting and activity levels
- Collaborate with leadership to improve messaging and conversion
- Ensure smooth handover to client success once deals close
- Host and lead sales coaching sessions for clients, guiding business owners and their teams on sales strategy, pipeline management and conversion improvement
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, generate qualified leads, book appointments and convert opportunities
- If you already have your own list of contacts in this sector, that is a significant advantage.
- A visible, well-managed outbound pipeline at all times
- All prospects properly staged and documented daily
- Consistent follow-up across all qualified opportunities
- Commission starting to flow from month 3 as pipeline matures
- Professional representation of the brand in every interaction
- Clear communication around deal flow and forecasts
- Minimum 5 years professional sales experience
- Experience selling into clinics, aesthetics, med spas or medical businesses
- Confidence speaking directly to founders and directors
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and digital prospecting tools
- Highly organised and routine driven
- Self-sufficient and accountable
- Comfortable building long-cycle relationships
