Technical Sales Executive

We’re working with a premium manufacturer supplying precision milling solutions into aerospace, medical, R&D and advanced engineering sectors. Their machines are high-spec, high-value and genuinely differentiated.

This role is about generating new opportunity. You’ll be responsible for researching target manufacturers, identifying decision-makers, initiating conversations and qualifying projects. Once engaged, you’ll work closely with the Sales Manager to bring customers into the showroom for demonstrations and move opportunities through the pipeline.

This isn’t transactional selling. It’s consultative, technical and long-cycle - and you’ll learn how to sell capital equipment properly.

• Proactively prospecting manufacturers across the UK
• Cold outreach via phone, email and Linked In
• Qualifying technical applications and production requirements
• Booking showroom demonstrations
• Supporting proposals and commercial discussions
• Maintaining accurate CRM pipeline management

• ✅ Background in CNC, machining, manufacturing or engineering OR
• ✅ Experience selling into engineering / industrial environments
• ✅ Confident in cold outreach and business development
• ✅ Commercial mindset with technical curiosity
• ✅ Ambitious and motivated to grow into capital equipment sales

• 📈 Clear progression into senior technical / capital equipment sales
