£50,000 - £70,000 (depending on exp) + bonus

car allowance + benefits package

The role of Specification Sales Manager Street Furniture will involve: a specification sales position promoting a manufactured range of street furniture products. Majority of your time will be spent generating specifications via landscape architects, specifiers & local authorities. The remaining portion will be spent selling to landscape contractors and main & sub-contractors for a range of project sectors for example: residential, education, health care and retail.

Marjory of your time will be spent in the South however will go after projects Nationally.

• Generate specifications via landscape architects, specifiers & local authorities.
• Sell to landscape contractors and main & sub-contractors.
• Support projects across various sectors such as residential, education, health care, and retail.
• Develop and maintain relationships within the sector.

• Must have specification sales experience.
• Ideally selling street furniture or heavyside building materials.
• Ideally have a black book of contacts however not essential.
• Would consider other products sold into landscape architects & contractors.
• IT literate.
